All body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, because most body kits, or any aero parts are fabricated from 100% fiberglass and carbon fiber. Due to strict U.S. Federal safety crash guidelines, IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM is not responsible for liability for any damage or possible injury from act of driver error, imperfect installations, bad judgment, or an act of nature. These body kits or aero parts are tended for off road use highways, track racing, or show events only! Buyer will agree to this disclaimer that not all body kits might need possible modifications for correct fitment. These possibilities can be the removal of certain lighting, reinforcements, or anything that was originally on the vehicle in factory form. Buyer will understand that IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM is not responsible for any extra charges that might be necessary, which maybe prepping of body kit, paint charges or labor that was needed to complete the finish of the body kit. If buyer decides to return a body kit , aero part, or aftermarket parts which includes high performance parts, buyer understands there will be a 28% restocking fee deducted upon refund fees, plus buyer will pay shipping/handling charges for returns. The buyer will also agree that refusal on shipment order when delivered is considered a refund, and will also be deducted 28% restocking fee as well as shipping/handling charges. The buyer will understand that once the body kit or aero part is signed, and has found cracks or damage, IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM is not responsible, so please be sure to check any damages before signing anything. However if there happens to be any damage, please contact IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM to resolve this matter. After reading all the information above, you have read and understood the terms and conditions for purchasing a body kit. If you have agreed you can proceed to purchasing your body kit or aero part.

Installations: IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM will not do any installations for body kits, therefore we highly recommend a professional shop to have the body kit installed.

Special Orders: IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM will require a $15 drop fee on certain merchandise that will require shipping. If a buyer decides to cancel the order before the arrival of the product, the deposit will be non-refundable. Our shipping arrivals of products are approximated, therefore we are not responsible for late shipments. The buyer is not given the opportunity to file a chargeback, discount in price, or any other change in pricing due to late shipment arrival or the failure for a late delivery of the product(s).

The buyer understands, there is no warranty for the misuse, damage, or abuse caused by the customer. only certain items may be covered under warranty and customer is responsible for checking with manufacturer or local laws for more information.

IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM does not endorse, or recommend modifications of any vehicles for use in public highways, since warranty or government regulations may be violated. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the use of performance parts for modifying is intended for off-road use and competition events only. The use of aftermarket related products that modifies emission control systems are not legal for sales or use in California for pollution controlled cars. These aftermarket products are sold "as-is" without warranty for any given reason. The buyer understands that IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM has no control over the installation, modification, or any other alteration. IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM will not be responsible for misuse, damage or harm that is caused by the owner of the vehicle. Once the product has been sold to the buyer, the buyer takes full responsibility of the products purchased through IMPORTZREVOLUTION.COM
